MEET CARSON

Carson was born and raised in North Carolina, where her passion for cooking began while learning from her father. Today, her culinary style remains rooted in her Southern upbringing. She blends the freshest seasonal produce with high-quality ingredients to create dishes that are bursting with bold, rich flavors.

In the fall of 2021, Carson attended Leith's, where she earned her three-term diploma with distinction. She has previously worked at the long-established London restaurant Spring and the neighborhood hotspot Supermarket of Dreams.

Now as a private chef based in West London, Carson aims to create experiences and make memories for the palates of food lovers everywhere.
